Skid Steer Training

We provide our Skid Steer (Bobcat) Training at your company site, using your equipment. On successful completion of this Skid Steer course candidates will be issued with a certificate of training. Refresher training is recommemnded every 5 years. Our governing body is; National Operators Truck Licensing Association (NOTLA)

Course levels

Novice: Beginner
Experienced: Good use, but no formal training
Refresher: Renewing a previously obtained certificate (proof required)

Course summary

Training starts off around the instructor’s laptop for the health & safety part. Then onto the practical part & assessment. Ideally, we require a room for the theory, and an area away from pedestrains and vehicles for the practical.

Do not worry too much about delays and staff being pulled away etc. as this is expected when doing on-site training. In terms of space, we work with whatever is available.

• Rated capacity & load centres
• Storage and transport of implements and attachments
• Loading and unloading procedures for machine transportation

• Refuelling and recharging procedures
