Fees quoted are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the ruling rate. Our fees are a fixed rate, regardless of how many days are required. We do not charge a day rate. Organisations are requested to pay the fee within 30 days of the date of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation of a confirmed training course within a 24-hour period of the start time, are subject to a fee of £200 +VAT. Cancellations outside this period will not incur a fee. If our instructor attends your site to conduct a booked course but is unable to do so due to a lack of facilities, or any other failure which is your responsibility, fees will be payable in full.
Forklift Licence Training Ltd reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc. Should it be necessary to instruct debt collectors to recover payment of invoices, the customer will be responsible for the relevant fees.
Trainees must be over school leaving age, unless on a construction site, where they must be Eighteen years of age or over. Lift truck operators should be physically capable of operating the machine safely and be able to recognise its limitations and potential dangers. Guidance may be obtained from HSE employment medical Advisory service.
Successful candidates are issued a PDF certificate of training (via email) once payment has been received in full.
